No Equipment Resistance Training Program

There are 2 No Equipment Resistance Training Programs - regular and alternate.

  • The regular program includes 9 exercises and targets all of your major muscle groups
  • The alternate program includes 5 exercises and targets some of your major muscle groups

Both of these programs are ideal for people who want the benefits of resistance training and don't have access to dumbbells or exercise bands. If you have dumbbells, you may want to try the Standard Resistance Training Program. If you have exercise bands, try the Exercise Band Resistance Training Program.
