Women are unique.

Heart disease and stroke are the leading cause of death in women in Canada. For years, there has been a gap in research, education, and care specific to women. Women have unique risk factors, symptoms, and recovery needs.

We created the Women with Heart Online series specifically for you. We will provide live exercise classes and women's specific education sessions in a warm, comfortable, and welcoming environment. These sessions will help you to feel empowered to learn about and understand your health.

Together we can improve the heart health of women
